How long have you been doing what you
do and how did you get to be a internet marketing expert?
To answer this question, it's probably best that I share with you a
defining moment and resulting "compelling story" that brought me to
where I am today, helping people like you to make more sales online.
That defining moment in my life happened in late 2007. A few months
before, I had left my corporate marketing job and had launched an
online business, manufacturing organic children's clothing.
Like all online business owners, I set up a website to sell my stuff,
but after a couple of months, I started to panic when I realized that
no-one was even visiting my website, let alone buying my beautiful
products!
I couldn't believe that my dream of having an online store, where you
could sell to anyone, anyone in the world, was turning sour because
nobody seemed to know that the business, that I created with such care,
actually existed!
All I kept thinking to myself is, "What have I done?! Why did I leave
my well-paying corporate job just to struggle with the internet? How
will I pay my bills if I don't make more sales FAST!?" I had many
sleepless nights, tossing and turning, when I had one of those Eureka
moments!
I had heard of things like "search engine optimization" and "web
marketing", and I knew that they were the key to solving my no-sales
problem, but I didn't really know what they meant or how you actually
"did" internet marketing. But I just knew, that somewhere out there on
the internet, I could find the answer, and as I didn't have enough
money to pay for someone to take this problem away, I would learn how
to "do" internet marketing myself!
So right there and then I made a commitment to learning EVERYTHING I
could about running an online business and making sales online. I read
every book on internet marketing, joined every online discussion forum
I could and I even paid to have private access to some of the best
online marketing experts in the world. Slowly, I began to figure
it all out and started to put into practice what I had learnt on my own
website.
It worked! In just 6 months I got to be Number One in Google for my
keyphrase, and tons more besides. I got so excited that I built another
website, this time to sell bedding online, and that one reached Number
One in the search engines too!
It was a turning point in my life. I had finally discovered a real
knack for a skill that every online business owner wants to have. It's
funny but before long, other online business owners were calling me and
asking me "Alison, why is your website number one and my website, which
is much older, isn't even on the first page?" When I explained how I
had done it myself, they hired me to work for their businesses, and
that's how I got started.
I have since passed both these businesses to my husband to run for me,
so that I can fulfill my professional calling, helping small businesses
and entrepreneurs who struggle with internet marketing make more sales
online.
I've worked with many small businesses - and some larger ones too -
spoken at many groups and conferences, developed a unique seven step
system to creating a successful online business and even gained a
publishing deal to write a book to share my internet marketing
knowledge with even more people.
Who are your customers exactly?
I work with people just like you who have a small business and other
independent professionals who are really good at what they do; however,
they struggle with online marketing and have never been taught exactly

What happens if you haven't yet worked
with people in my field?
I have worked with many people across many different business niches,
so it's likely that I do have experience of your industry. But, if we
discover that I haven't yet, then it's not a disadvantage to you. Quite
the opposite. Let me explain, I bet you'll find that many businesses in
your niche are all doing similar things to market themselves online.
What my customers find really helpful is that I bring a very fresh
perspective to their internet marketing and give them access to
resources they'd never come across before in their niche. Because of
this, I help them to really stand out and outclass their competition!
How are you different from other
"internet marketing experts?"
Putting it simply, I've "walked the walk." Aren't you fed up of
so-called internet marketing experts who've never run an online
business? Well. I've now set up and managed four, I not only use this
experience with my clients but draw on my 15+ years corporate marketing
and communications expertise too.
I also ONLY work with solo-preneurs and small businesses. In other
words, I don't work with people in large corporations and I'm not
someone who offers "all things to everyone." I have very specific and
proven expertise in working with online businesses, whther product or service related. What that means to you is that I am very focused on anything internet related and everything that works for the online business. Because my focus is very narrow, what you get with me is no-nonsense, undiluted expertise on what works for people like you. I've simply become an expert at this stuff and that's why my customers get great results (and I make sure I leave my "geek-speak" at the door, which ALWAYS helps!).
What type of business do you work best
with and what is expected of me?
The SEO Training Club programs, workshops, and products were created
for people who are absolutely excited and deadly serious about running
a successful online business and ending those middle of the night
moments spent worrying about where the next online customer is coming

As I'm a high achiever and a go-getter myself, I know that I work best
with other high achievers and go-getters who are super-ready to get
their online businesses going and just want to know exactly what steps

For what type of business is this
program NOT going to work?
Please know I'm very selective in who I work with and I cherry-pick my
clients, choosing to (gently) turn away people who aren't suited for my
programs and won't get the results for which they would have signed up
for. (It wouldn't be fair to them.)
The SEO Training Club programs are NOT for those who have no money
coming in and are absolutely, financially desperate, at least not right
away.
If you fall within this category, it's absolutely OK. We've all been in
times of financial crisis at one point or another. Do yourself (3)
favors:
1. Get some money coming in with a full-time or part-time
job at the very least, and then call me. This will take the edge off
and provide you with a little more peace of mind.

Another type of person I won't work with (without exception) is the
chronic non-believer or skeptic, as well as people who consistently
challenge every aspect of the program. If you are one of these people,
I gently and respectfully ask that you not call and I hope you
understand why. We'll probably just not work well together and I

Do you offer any discounts and accept
credit cards?
My single payment options offer a discount of between 5 and 10% on the
staged/split payment options.
Credit cards are no problem and our preferred payment option as we have

I've got a family and a very busy
life. Although I know I need more customers badly, I've not got a lot
of time to spare. How much time am I going to need?
