The biggest issue we face on our website right now is is conversion from visitors to sales. Thanks to the work we've done with Alison on our SEO, traffic is constantly increasing and the next challenge is to improve things so that more of our visitors become customers. Part of this is the webpages themselves - their design, content and the copy, the other part is making sure we get more qualified traffic. The SEO Training Club is a fantastic idea, there are so many valuable resources on there. I'm recommending it to friends already.
